Hey everyone,
I need to share something important about franchise social groups β and be completely transparent with you all.
The Reality:
When I set up your franchise social groups, I planned to transfer full ownership to each of you, so you'd have complete autonomy. Unfortunately, I've discovered that Vbulletin 6 has a bug that prevents this ownership transfer from happening.
What I Know:
This is a known issue affecting the platform (not something I did wrong, thankfully! π ). Other vB6 communities are experiencing the same limitation. I'm in contact with Vbulletin support to get this resolved.
What You Should Know:
Your groups ARE working properly. You have moderator access, which gives you everything you need to run your franchise space effectively:
- Manage members
- Post and moderate content
- Customize settings
- Build your community
The ownership limitation is mainly a technical/administrative thing on the backend.
My Promise:
I'm committed to getting this sorted. Once Vbulletin releases a fix, I'll transfer ownership immediately. In the meantime, if there's ANY permission or capability you need that you don't have, tell me and I'll make it happen.
We're building something great together, and I won't let a software bug derail that. Thanks for understanding! π»
